Attorney Referral Service - Instructions

You must be a member of the American Society for Pharmacy Law to be included on the Attorney Referral Service Listing. If you currently are not a member you will find instructions here for both the on-line and the downloadable membership application.

The Attorney Referral Service Listing Fee is $100 per state per year. The initial Listing Fee covers one attorney/one state/up to five (5) Practice Areas. Each additional state is $100.

You can submit your information for the Referral Service listing by completing the on-line submission formon-line submission form and paying with a credit card or by downloading the Attorney Referral Service Submission Form and returning the form with your payment. Your application will be reviewed and your information will be added to the Referral Service Listing within one week of receipt of the Membership Dues (when applicable) and Listing Fee.
